Wherever you are in your Waukegan research, we can help. The Waukegan Historical Society’s collections consist of objects, photographs, and documents encompassing its people’s history and the development of the city.
The Society makes its collections accessible through exhibitions, online collections, and research in its Waukegan Historical Society Research Archives.
The Research Archives are open during regular open hours and by appointment. Researchers may access archival collections, such as prints and photographs, manuscripts, ledgers, record books, yearbooks, and other published materials.
