Speaker: Bill Tyre on Chicago's Historic Prairie Avenue

Past President of the Waukegan Historical Society and author of the upcoming new book on the subject, Bill will speak on Chicago's Historic Prairie Avenue. Bill is the expert on this exclusive residential street and will regale us with tales of the rise, fall, and rise again of this street of millionaires. Bill is now the Director of the Glessner House Museum on Prairie Avenue and will also be able to share his knowledge of that well-known building.

Standing Meetings

Museum Work Days are the first and third Saturday of each month, beginning at 9am. Board meetings are usually held the second Tuesday of each month at 7pm.
